If you still have any questions please listen to the PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE IMS at the top of the Innergalactic Ministry of Smiles page. Click HERE to download your IMS card and print it out. Then write your name at the top, or the name of the person you've appointed. YOU ARE NOW CARD CARRYING MINISTERS OF SMILES!!! BE SURE TO USE YOUR "NOT-SO-SECRET HANDSHAKE" whenever you greet another Minister of Smiles!
